Oku said long ago that he wanted to end it at volume 10, hence why I've been waiting for this announcement. Glad he could end it on his terms.

In an interview he said that he was going to finish it on 10 no matter how much it sold, or how little, so I'm glad he was able to end it on his terms. Can't wait for his next project.

I was reading this and found it interesting. But I never had the chance to keep up. Especially with Gantz as I continue to lose track of which volume I last checked out. But what I liked about Inuyashiki is that it was an interesting premise. But I'm surprised that it's ending. Gantz after moving up to 30+ issues, hell is it even over?
