I love the pace that GANTZ has, but to bad it statrs to go downhill after this arc.

I'm a pretty forgiving person, but it does tend to border on the slow side. However, that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It is the ultimate character study!

The pace seems to keep slowing down in this series. The last two episodes of Volume 7 (16 and 17) could have been fit into a timeslot of 10 minutes...alot of standing around and staring and repeating the same thing 100 different ways. The series is OK...the pace is just too slow at times, for my taste at least, and I am usually very forgiving when it comes to slow pace (Madlax, Noir, Gunslinger Girl...).

Actually, that's not one of the show's seiyuu in the interview segment, but Chiaki Kuriyama, of Kill Bill fame.

Wow, you are behind in the times. Vol. 6 had three episodes and Vol. 7 has four. The remaining 3 DVDs will have three episodes each, so quit complaining.

And ADV isn't a bunch of cheap bastards when they're charging half-price for half the content. Wink

Good things about Vol. 7:

The dub continues to be top-notch (especially the argument between Testuo and his wife).

The sex scenes go on pretty long for something that's not a hentai and they're pretty detailed. Plus, there's porn music in one scene. Laughing

Kato finally hits the bitch...I mean, his aunt.

One of the new players is Mugen. Wink
