It's like, "You're getting married, and YOU'RE getting married, and EVERYONE is getting married!" ....Except me. I mean, I'm not old enough to get married, but still....
Anyway, congratulations to the newlyweds! May each of these marriages go well.

^ i just turned 30 and I am super duper single
Hanae's announcement surprised me, since he's only 25 years old. I know that is an okay age to get married, a lot of my friends got married at that age too. Just there seems to be a lot of Japanese voice actors who choose to marry at a later age, so this is pretty refreshing.
Congratulations to all the newlyweds. I hope they have blessed and happy marriages.

Don't sweat it. I'm going to be 32 in a few weeks and I'm single, with sadly no women in my life that I could potentially date. I was feeling down about it over the past few weeks, but a few people I know on Facebook that are girls around my age gave me the advice I needed to hear. It's better to be single and happy, rather than be with someone but miserable. My sister and her boyfriend definitely fit the bill of being a pair of messed up idiots who are probably perfect for each other considering they both have their issues and get into fights from time to time.
I'm probably one of the most easy going people you'll meet in real life, and I've learned it's better to just do the things you enjoy and try not to chase women so much. For whatever reason, it makes you come off as being desperate. Just do the things that make you happy, while working on improving yourself, and people will take notice and find you more attractive and desirable. I've started doing a bit of weight lifting and my confidence is through the roof lately, and I feel pretty proud of having a little bit of a muscular physique. I work at a grocery store and I'm up and about all over the place for the most part, and I felt like I had no problem looking women in the face and saying hi to them recently.
I could go on and on about it, but hopefully you get the point by now. I want a good woman in my life just as much as anyone else, but you can't force it to happen. Just take your time and let things run their course. If you meet a woman whom you fancy, strike up a conversation with her and ask her out if she doesn't seem disinterested. I don't really have any problem these days asking if they're married or in a relationship within the first minute of meeting someone. Worst case is they'll tell you they're already involved with someone else and that's that. You're not wasting your own or her time, and you get the point across sooner rather than later, without risking getting too attached and feeling bad about the rejection.

mierin, I will be 30 on 9/4, don't have a car or license, single, and still living with my parents. So much for the American dream.
