YES!!! I cannot begin to express my happiness about this!
Can I wish for a longer story than the manga gave us?
Oh my stars, Parakiss in full glorious COLOR! The way it was meant to be!
It's already been such a great year for Yazawa fans, I feel spoiled!

Considering how long it takes for the manga-ka to start a new volume, I'd be surprised if they could finish it.

Ahh... This is awesome. Hopefully it will be more fleshed out than the manga. I honestly can't wait to see how it turns out.

Ai Yazawa seems to be the 'it' mangaka at the moment. I mean she had her 'Kagen no Tsuki' manga made into a movie last year, then her manga 'Nana' was picked up to become a movie this year, with both movies having some impressive stars. And now another one of her mangas is becoming an anime series.

I really hope they use music from Velvet Goldmine ><. I actually just got done re-reading this and kept thinking how cool it would be for it to be an anime.
I can't wait!!

This certainly caught my attention. This is great news! And as stated above, every night I wished they would turn this series into an anime.

Wooooowww!!!
That's all I can say, and that's all I need to say.
But, will the graphics be similar to that of Neighborhood Story? I read somewhere that (it was a commentary) that the graphics for that were pretty "bad," probably because it was kind of crude. Like One Piece, maybe?

Yeah, I couldn't be happier about it too <3 ParaKiss would make a great anime, I just hope that the artwork can keep reasonably on par with the original illustrations.
And this is a little off-topic, but how many of you saw Kagen no Tsuki (Last Quarter)? I absolutely loved it... and not just because of Hyde, I swear XD

Oh crap, Nobuteru Yuki doing the designs? Heeelp! I've never liked his designs... >_> See Xenosaga for recent example...
On the other hand, Osamu Kobayashi? I"m surprised, but anyway, I liked his directing work in BECK so this should be good, I guess.

You must really be the exception to the rule, because a lot of otaku get sexually excited hearing his name being dropped. As for myself, well, I like Yuki, but he'll probably flip me off if he ever sees me, cus I asked the Bandai panel at AX 2000 if the reason Van was given psychic powers in the Escaflowne movie was so that Yuki could make up for the X Movie. Anyway, it's nice to know that Gaihacks isn't slumming for once, but they'll probably be stuck with the same problems they had on Karekano. (Namely the manga being an on-going series.)
