Madman australia has confirmed that the rest of unicorn will be released and almost certainly will be dubbed

I was under the impression that NYAV Post was producing the dub directly for Sunrise itself.
bandai entertainment stepping out of the market probably won't affect this. |

I thought in the interview with Bandai or the threads regarding the issue, ANN staff had clarified that while Bandai Entertainment did the DVDs, Bandai Visual of Japan did the Unicorn BD, and released them directly in the US? I know someone in-the-know said that the BD release wouldn't be affected.

Actually, I heard a rumor that the 6 OVA episodes will only cover 8 of the 10 novels. Supposedly the director said that when vol. 5 is released he will explain what he he plans to do for the finale. So that could mean well get a 2 hour movie or the series will end with 6 episodes and we will get an ending completely different from the novels. How much of this is true is beyond me. |
