WOO 2000 UNITS FOR BEN-TO! It's not the complete and utter disaster it was predicted to be.

Indeed, it definitely was not the "utter disaster" that I initially saw it as. I thought it was another over-excessive ecchi crap, but in the end it wasn't really. It had a nice enough story and I enjoyed the comedy to it ^^.

2000 is still not enough for profit. Hard to get excited when they are losing money.
Generally 3000 is the magic number for an average budget series. Anything over that is profit.

3000 is only a guess per title and does not have to be met the first week.

My heart weeps for Ben-to and Ika Musume. Chihayafull was never very sales dependent. But Ika even halved from one season to the next.
