I'm curious as to what new dubs are coming out next year. I have a hard time reading subs (to the point i almost dont watch subs anymore) with my bad vision. So what's all coming out. I'd really like to know if anyone has gotten a hold of Soul Eater and all this talk of a 3rd season of FMA and if Funi will be dubbing it again?

Thanks,
Nick

I don't really have any answers about 2009 dubbed anime. But I have not heard about Soul Eater being licensed yet (and as a big fan, I'd like to think that I'd know)... and FMA I haven't heard when that starts airing... but it definitely WON'T hit the US in '09. We'll have a good, long wait.

I know that Funi is releasing D Gray Man this year and I'm betting that one will have a dub, but other than that I haven't a clue.

I'd bet on that as well, I don't think Funimation has ever made an official release of anything without an English dub. There is that one show they are streaming online as it airs in Japan, but I'm sure that they'll dub that as well when its time for a DVD release.

I never realized how many boxsets are coming out in the near future! Anime is so much more affordable now, especially if these go retail or used, it'll be... Shocked

Most of them are Funi's liscense rescues from ADV and Geneion I'd imagine. At any rate I'm also loving it.

Anime Box Sets: The Godsend to Poor College Students Everywhere

Note about that last link: A lot of that stuff has a volume or two out already, some were one-shots that have already completed.
