This is a perfect example on how to properly do a manga to live movie. This looks so well done. Definitely stoked!

I'm eager to see the acting of Kenshin's and Kaoru's characters. Right there we had Kenshin working at a restaurant, but I did not understand Kaoru's photo.

I'm kind of excited for this. Sato Takeru is pretty good in what I've seen of him (just the Princess Princess & Mei-chan no Shitsuji dramas so far, but still...) so I'm fairly confident that he'll do well in this.
Okay, who am I kidding, Kenshin was one of my first* anime titles so as a (Japanese-) live-action fangirl I'm just excited to see a live adaptation. *(You know how they say "you never forget your first"? Well Kenshin was my first long-running shonen series so it holds a very special place in my heart.) |

It seems they're either doing an original plot or just added some extra scenes to the manga and they're so mean that they don't want to reveal the Real Story to fans yet
But I don't care at all, because Sato Takeru is like "oh my God, Kenshin alive!!!"
EDIT: gosh, just checked the movie's website... Now I don't know whether Sato Takeru looks better as rurouni or as Battousai
