I hope that a US distributor will pick this up, cards and all, even as a limited edition. I ordered the Puella Magi Madoka Magica sets at about $75 each; I'd pay for the Negima movie with all the extras.

The only one who'd do it is Funi, and I doubt they'd go for those...although I heard they once considered the cards as extras. |

A full set of Pactio cards would be nice, even without the holographics, gold printing, or signatures. (Frankly I would prefer it that way.)
((I wonder how the Tiger & Bunny superhero trading card contest is doing.)) |

I think I will have to try and bypass my moratorium on importing for this.

They've tried to get the cards before, but they couldn't get the license for them, probably because at the time they were expensive collectors items. |

The cards for the first season weren't all that great anyway - they made up the ones that hadn't been designed for the manga (they were drawn by the anime character designer Hatsue Kato rather than Akamatsu himself) and had missing details (e.g. see http://anime.thenexxus.org/negima/scans/magic5/index.php?image=pactio11.jpg)

Want. Yeah, probably going to have to import this. It's going to be weird, though, having one volume in Japanese.
