If they will base it with the manga...
Jinei is included means that Jinei arc will be adapted. They posted that someone is playing Kanryu Takeda, meaning Aoshi would be included. Saito is included means that it will reach until he and Kenshin will fight like in the beginning of the 2nd arc.

Well Seijuro Hiko maybe is a little far off.

I'm so excited for this! Very Happy Hopefully all this will lead to the Jinchuu Arc finally getting animated. Shocked
