Im wondering why there is 26 episodes listed? Isn't it only 12? Also, there is no mention of the OVAs or specials.

I don't know about the 12 episodes, but if you can find some proof that the 26 is wrong, feel free to send an error report for that number.

Regarding the other anime, go back to the manga by clicking on the [ adapted from Strawberry 100% (manga) ] link.
Then you have the following related anime :
Ichigo 100% (TV) (adaptation)
Ichigo 100% (special) (adaptation)

Fact is that the TV series is an adaptation of the manga and not vice versa, while the special is also adapted from the manga, and not from the anime. Therefor, the links point back to the original work, being the manga.

Ichigo 100% (OAV) is indeed not mentioned as related to any of those above. If you can give us an explanation what exaclly the relationsip is (adapatation, prequel, sequel, alternate retelling, ...), we can make the connection.

This is a common confusion when two short (less than 15 minutes) stories aired in one 30-minutes time slot. The policy is, if the official site count them separately then we follow suit, and vice versa. While the avex mode site doesn't have numbers in front of episode titles, the official page at Madhouse, the animation studio of Ichigo 100%, has stated it having 26 episodes.

In answer to your question. Yes. There are 12 (30) minute episodes and 5 OVA's along with one special!
