It's hard for me to tell what's new or not on their credit list, and it doesnt help their both a f'ing mile long. I hardly watch anime anymore, much less stuff that's just coming out so i cant recognize what is new. Last I knew, Mitsuishi was in FMA, and The newest Hayashibara title I coudl recognize was either love Hina or The last Saber Marionette series.

I don't know much about Mitsuishi, but her appearances are indeed much fewer in recent years. As for Hayashibara, it has been rumored that her family (especially her husband's parents) are quite traditional and conservative that want her to spend more time on taking care of her family members rather than earning money.

As far as I know, the most recent appearance of her name in the cast list was that of Mardock Scramble, yet the project was canceled.

I think Megumi is someone in Manabi Straight! she did the OP and I'm pretty sure she's one of the voices too, but she's definitely in a lot less now and even in Love Hina she played a very small role. Crying or Very sad

You should try google, wikipedia, or even IMDB. Any of them will get you the info you need. Wiki and IMDB sometimes have roles listed in chronologically order either descending or ascending. I remember from looking up others.

I don't really keep track of what new stuff seiyuu are working on unless it's Kikuko Inoue but I think I remember seeing that Megumi Hayashibara was in Paprika, and if I remember the news bit correctly is slated to work in the upcoming Rebuild of Evangelion. Edit: strike that, this was a rumor I remember not a news bit, sorry about that.

Last time I heard Mitsuishi play a major role was Gundam SEED Destiny reprising her role as Marrue Rammius. But looking through her credits, her most recent work was in a series called Love Get Chu or something.

I know Hayashibara played the main character in Satoshi Kon's Paprika not too long ago, but I'm sure she's spending more time with her kid these days instead.

If you find the right spot, you can set up the Encyclopedia to list a particular person's works in chronological order. Very Happy Don't ask me HOW to get there, I stumbled across it...

For Kotono Mitsuishi, the Encyclopedia has:
Quote:

(2007) Koi suru Tenshi Angelique ~ Kagayaki no Ashita ~ (TV) as Rosalia

For Megumi Hayashibara:
Quote:
(2007) Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight! (TV) as Gakuenchou (young)
(2007) Detective Conan: Jolly Roger in the Deep Azure (movie 11) as Ai Haibara
(2007) Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl: Dialga vs. Palkia vs. Darkrai (movie) as Musashi

Ms. Hayashibara is also listed as performing the theme song in GUMS! (Gums! hah! Laughing )

Click Encyclopedia, then preferences. Sorting by year is the bottom option.

I remember a while back probably about a year before I joined the forums, Kotono Mitsuishi was in the top 5 most prolific seiyuu list and I'm pretty she was the most prolific female seiyuu at the time.

Mitsuishi Kotono has been doing the voice for Nobita's mother in Doraemon since the change of voice actors in 2005 and she does the voice for Ageo-sensei in Crayon Shin-chan, too.
She also dubs the voice for Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey in the Japanese dub version of Grey's Anatomy.
She does voice-over narration too for Japanese non-anime TV shows such as Uchikuru!?.

Lol, does she even try to do that scratchy, throaty voice Ellen does? Wink
