Cute video, but in my option the best thing Sony can do to celebrate 30 Years of PlayStation is announce that the PS6 is in development (eventual release years down the road) and that it will continue to build off of the PS4/PS5 style of programing and hardware, letting it be able to be universally backwards compatible with all PS games all the way back to the original PlayStation.
It will be able to play all PlayStation discs from all of the previous systems and they will have as many digital editions of previous systems' games as possible available come to/back to the PlayStation store with the launch of the PS6. Hell, since they're talking about old memory cards, bring back the USB memory card reader that PS3 had while you're at it! That's a little dream that I keep hoping for at least. |
