Same ol', same ol'. According to that link, the animation production will likely be handled there (it did say the production department was spun off), so I'm assuming the OG Bones'll basically be a holding company that houses their IPs, similar to IG Port.

This looks like a similar business move Studio Pierrot made with Pierrot Films earlier this year.

Similar, but not outright the same thing. Pierrot's 2nd studio is what got the rebrand (similar to A-1 Pictures Koenji being rebranded as CloverWorks; only difference here is they were spun off into its own company and stripped from A-1P), Pierrot itself still participates in animation production (and also production committe member as is the case of Failure Frame).

In this case, Bones spun their production department off into a new corporation/subsidiary entirely. The only plus I can really see with this is maybe they can take on more outsourced works if Bones isn't trying to put up the capital to be in the production committee/copyright holder. *shrugs*

Anyway, speaking of Failure Frame, it cracked me up me how there was a total of 4 animation studios tied to the show (I'm aware Pierrot didn't animate it) for the CG to be as stiff as it was lol. Dope show though.

Another studio using "FILM" in their name.

Quote:
He has been the president and producer for BONES ever since, and is credited as producer or planning for many of their subsequent productions, including the studio's first original feature-length anime film Sword of the Stranger, as well as Fullmetal Alchemist, My Hero Academia, Eureka Seven, Space Dandy, Snow White with the Red Hair, and more.

Ain't no way you left out Darker Than Black, Wolf's Rain, and Xam'd and chose Akagami no Shirayuki-hime instead. I say this as someone who enjoyed it even though it was my Yona substitute.

That's exciting news! I'm curious to see how the spin-off of Studio BONES into BONES FILM will impact their future projects. With their strong reputation for quality animation, it’ll be interesting to see what new directions they take. Hopefully, this leads to even more innovative works and unique collaborations. Can't wait to see what they come up with! I was in a bind with several assignments and needed help with an essay that I had no time to complete. That’s when I turned to academized.com/essay-for-sale and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The essay was well-written, followed all my guidelines, and was submitted before the deadline. It was clear the writer took time to research the topic thoroughly, and it reflected in the final product. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
