Ichigo, Gotanda, young Kana, Kichijoji, and Abiko look great.

But wait, they're also doing Tokyo Blade? Is that smart? I guess if each episode is an hour long...I just don't want this to turn into the same kind of drama adaption the series lampooned.

Not just Tokyo Blade. There's material here that the anime won't get to until halfway through season 3.

Interesting choices of text to accompany the photos. I guess the English is supposed to evoke a social media handle, and the Japanese is generally the character's name before the underscore and some sort of commentary after. Some of the latter:


  • Ichigo: "scout"
  • Gotanda: his nickname for Aqua I think
  • The young twins': "happy days"
  • Little Kana: "the trauma of that day" (and it just has her first name)
  • Sarina: "all alone"
  • Yoriko: "despair" (okay the Sweet Today drama was a turd but come on)
  • Melt: "Aqua's pace"
  • Anemone: "creator"
  • Masanori Shima: "ulterior motive"
  • Mako Azami: "the scent of night"
  • Abiko: "Tokyo Blade"


Somebody else can put in the effort for the rest.
