person#223620
I submitted her name with a wrong spelling on purpose, since the site didn't let me to add her page because there was a staff called Mayumi Kato, but the person in question is a seiyuu. Source: https://www.pro-tanc.com/female/katoumayumi/ |

An entry for 加藤まゆ美 already exists: Mayumi KATOU.
Mayumi Katou is the correct spelling, based on her talent agency profile. Tip: Try entering credits with names written in Japanese. You can often find previously created entries this way. |

It's at least a couple of years since I created this entry and I'm pretty sure there was no other one at the time.
Thanks for your tip, but sometimes that doesn't work either. Just yesterday I looked up seiyuu Rika Kanaya in Japanese, but her page didn't have her name written in kanji. Fortunately I did the search in romaji and was able to avoid creating a duplicate page. What I did was simply complete the rest of the information. What happens in this case? Should I request that the duplicate page be deleted? |

Good job. Some person entries are missing personal information. Feel free to add missing info if you notice, just as you did here. Kanji name is especially helpful. Official website (or agency profile) is also useful to validate a person's identity.
If everything in person#223620 was submitted by you, delete all of it and transfer anything that's missing to person#223716. If there's info you can't edit, request a merge in this thread. |

Yes, everything was submitted by me. I did as you said, deleted all the info and added missing info into the person#223716 page.
