It is sad how common news about an author with failing health/health issues has become.

I hope the author makes a recovery but I guess this means no third season for a long time if not "indefinitely."

Japanese people have a relatively long life expectancy compared to many other countries. As of the latest available data, the average life expectancy in Japan is around 84 years for women and around 80 years for men. These figures place Japan among the countries with the highest life expectancies globally.
Several factors contribute to the longer life expectancy in Japan. These include:
1 Healthy Lifestyle: Japanese people often maintain a healthy lifestyle characterized by
balanced diets, high consumption of fish and vegetables, regular physical activity, and
relatively low rates of smoking and alcohol consumption.
2 Access to Healthcare: Japan has a well-developed healthcare system, providing
accessible and comprehensive medical services to its population. Regular health check-
ups, early detection, and effective treatment of diseases contribute to better health
outcomes and increased life expectancy.
3 Social and Cultural Factors: Japanese society emphasizes strong social connections,
family support, and a sense of community. These factors can contribute to better mental
and emotional well-being, which can positively impact overall health and longevity.
4 Safety and Infrastructure: Japan has a reputation for its safe living environment,
including low crime rates and a well-maintained infrastructure. This helps ensure a
higher quality of life and reduces the risk of accidents or injuries.
