Crunchyroll has it as Psychic Princess. I couldn’t find it in the encyclopedia. If it’s excluded for some reason, I didn’t see it in the forums.

Hi, I'm no ANN or Encyclopedia staff member but until something changes, this site and the Encyclopedia includes coverage primarily of Japanese made animation. What actually constitutes anime is difficult to define, and different from viewer to viewer, but the idea is if we were to include Chinese shows then we would also have to include shows from Zimbabwe, The North Pole and everywhere in between.
