I remember when the manga was first announced and I saw the title, all I could think about was Vanitas from Kingdom Hearts. I am disappointed Miyu Irino isn't voicing Vanitas. It would have been perfect. To add salt to the wound, Ishikawa voices Gula in KH so they got 1 KH cast member.

I haven’t read this manga yet (I plan on doing it after buying and reading the rest of Pandora Hearts) but I’m so happy that it’s getting a anime. Now if only we could get a remake of Pandora Hearts with Yuki Kajiura providing the soundtrack again.

I hope the anime turns out better than Pandora Heart's anime...
Also since the beginning in 2015 I've been imagining Vanitas with Kimura Ryouhei's voice and I'm sad I didn't win the seiyuu lottery lol. I feel like no one can adapt MochiJun's beautiful art style, but eh, it's just the trailer. I hope it's better in the actual show...

I just added the manga to my pull-list only to see it is getting an anime, and by BONES at that. Now I have to add yet another anime to my upcoming watch list. The synopsis is interesting and from what little I know about the series in general, the concepts in the series are unique. Looking forward to watching this adaptation.

Seems like even more vampire series than normal have been being released and announced lately. Mars vampires and moon vampires (not to mention Tsukihime Remake moon vampires) etc.
