Does anyone know why Sky Blue (Korean movie) does not have a User Ratings listed? Seems kinda odd.....

All quarantined titles (non-Japanese, live-action, etc.) have the ratings hidden.

To elborate on what was written here, It's so that such titles don't show up in auto-generated lists sorted by rating, and generally to reign in mission creep. I think the logic is that some things are useful to have in the encyclopedia due to their close relation to Japanese animation and comics, but as they aren't what it's for cataloguing, rating and sorting.
