I've been looking for the Tenbatsu Angel Rabbie R1 DVD for quite a while now, I'm about ready to give up since this video is impossible to find. According to its ANN encyclopedia page it was licensed back in 2004 by RJP-Pro. (They must be a pretty small company since I haven’t heard of them in my life, and the encyclopedia lists Rabbie as RJP's only title). And according to this old Anime on DVD news article, the DVD also includes (or was going to include before it was canceled) the Magical Twirler Angel Rabbie PC game. So what happened to Angel Rabbie? Did RJP go under due to financial reasons or something before they even got their first DVD out on the market, or did on of the head honchos just say, “Screw it, this one-episode OVA is way too niche to real in the big bucks?”

It is impossible to find since they never released it.

They were a bit preemptive in their licensing. I don't know for sure, but I think they were hoping for UNDER17 to gain a bit more popularity from their concert at Anime Expo 2004 (which never happened). Were probably hoping that would somewhat boost the sales of the UNDER17 2003 concert DVD that they were planning on releasing. Didn't work out as they planned... And in turn, I'm guessing they didn't generate enough funds to produce the Angel Rabbie DVD and/or game too.

As it stands now, I'm not sure if they're going to release it... I remember about a year ago their website was pretty vacant... They seemed to have updated it now (probably happened quite a few months ago, since I don't check there often at all) with an Angel Rabbie banner, which I don't remember seeing before... this gives me some hope, but I still wouldn't be sure about it...

Technically they've already released one of UNDER17's concerts on DVD, so they did get their first DVD on the market... Before it was only available at conventions (when I got it), it's now available on their website though.

I've been looking for this show too, for quite a while, ever since I heard the opening (which is on my Xanga!) by UNDER17 I searched and searched, but could never find it. /cry

Poop, that sucks. It looks like the website was still updated semi-frequently in 2006, so there's a small ray of hope they'll eventually get around to releasing it.
