is it going to continue the manga? i thought the anime finished it??

No, the anime stopped short of the final arc which was based on the sarin gas attacks of 1995. Allegedly, the arc was created in order to try and force cancellation of YYH in it's magazine, and it more or less worked, enabling the manga to end on roughly the same epilogue the anime used after the Demon King arc.
