I'm honestly glad to hear that. I enjoy seeing stories about an "anime bump" for real world locations that appear in an anime; though the stories that talk about the mess some fans leave behind can be disappointing.

Hopefully a few of these visitors will become enthusiasts.

Oh, I wasn't talking about this specifically, just in general. I remember reading stories of towns or shrines that would get a sudden influx of visitors due to an anime, and sometimes there would be trash in the streets and the like.

Technically, the Yamanishi website had the Yuru Camp page since episode 1 aired, so it was clear that they were expecting something like this, and it seems to have worked.
