I gave Ben a FB PM a few hour ago and he said it was recorded at Studiopolis.

Is there any possibility at least the dub will be streamed, like on FuniNow? Or maybe the 2 movies? Or does the fact that Amazon is streaming means CR/Funi can’t stream anything to do with it?

Streaming rights can be obtained independently from physical media distribution rights, and judging by the Kabaneri ANN Encyclopedia page, it looks like that might be what's happening here.

Maybe not for dubbed though. Funimation might get to stream the dub. I know im reaching there. But it would be interesting if it happenned.

That sounds interesting and so coincidental. I wanted the show to be dubbed roughly in LA like mob psycho. And with the interesting cast choice for Veronica (being primarily oldschool in my mind), I also wanted some retro talent in the dub to fit with the late 80s/90s hybrid character designs. So I'm kinda happy for these two choices.

In my opinion this is a rare case where the Compilation films are actually better than the series. I want those dubs.

While I don't doubt the compilation films will get a dub, the dub announcement is for the TV show.

Does this mean funimation is going to dub anime strike titles?

I assume the ink had already dried when the Funiroly partnership started, given Funi are not doing it, similar to Mob psycho and Gintama.

Now I want Dan Woren, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, kirk Thornten, Steve Blum etc.

Special case with Kabaneri since it was Crunchyroll who got the Home Video license and they were the ones who had this dubbed in LA (though knowing they went to someone else in LA other than Bang Zoom for Kabaneri makes what happened with the new Berserk dub even more of a travesty).

Can't speak for the non-Sentai Anime Strike shows but I would hope that FUNi try getting the Home Video license to Bahamut's sequel.

Just because Amazon Prime had "exclusive streaming rights" doesn't mean that will last for, say, 3 years. With the behind the scenes stuff (you know, licensing negotiations), maybe CR will get the dub streaming rights.

The series has also received two compilation films that premiered on December 31 and January 7 in Japan. The two films covered the anime's first season with some new and enhanced scenes. Crunchyroll screened the films in North American theaters in April.

I'd like to know if there any plans for a home video release or streaming release of the movies on CR. Also this just further cements the fact that all the Netflix "originals" and Anime Strike exclusives are completely separated from the post-broadcast releases and enhancements and/or complete release later. Occasionally some titles will an incomplete ending for the TV broadcast version as shown on Netflix or Anime Strike, only to be completed in movies and/or home video releases.

This is probably as close to being in AoT that some LA voice actors/actresses will have. Even though she has moved on, Veronica still has a side of her that is bitter/upset/sad she is no longer playing Ash Ketchum.
