Because it's the overall Blu Ray chart, not just the animation chart, which is still a rare feat for a TV anime to pull off. Go Yuri!!! On Ice! More figure skating for everyone!

With Yuzuru Hanyu and Shoma Uno getting the 1-2 at the World Championship and Yuzuru setting a new world record (go watch his FS, it was breathtaking), I'm kinda hoping it'll inflame the figure skating fever in Japan and make YOI even more popular than it already is >Very Happy.

Ooh, I missed the World Championships and didn't know that Japanese men finished first this year! That's really exciting--the Winter Olympics are just around the corner. How did the ladies do? I wouldn't mind a women's figure skating anime to compliment Yuri on Ice!
