They get voice acting while the Super Mario games are stuck with voice clips....ones that never seem to get updated. |

There, voice acting, finally. That basic feature had been sorely missing since Wind Waker. I am also surprised that the game is rated E-10 but so was Skyward Sword.

Aaaaaand Sunshine's was terrible, though I would genuinely want to see a well-voiced Mario game. I'm interested to see this game's voice acting, but I'm being a little cautious since Link will probably still have an editable name, unless they do what Xenoblade Chronicles X did. Also, from the narration, I assume this game takes place 100 years after Skyward Sword, and therefore before Minish Cap. The philosophy is still that making Link a mute is what makes people identify with him and the world. It's what both Matt and Trey Parker cited when making Stick of Truth as justification for keeping the PC mute. They cited Zelda specifically. |
