Looks good. There's not too much revealed in the AD yet but the animation quality looks like what I remember from the OVA special about a year and half ago.

There's barely any movement in the pv, can't say yet about its animation.
But man, Ufotable does provide detailed background, though with a lot of CGIs indeed. |

Matsuki passed away in late October, not last November by the way. ANN reported on it in November though.

Not sure their source, but Abyssal Chronicles is reporting that the anime will be streaming via Daisuki.

The trailer reminded me heavily of Fate/Stay Night and Fate/Zero. "Did UFOTABLE make this anime?" Yup. Didn't know any anime that are worth watching in the upcoming season until watching this just now.
