Viz Media have been having a lot of successful debuts lately. Tokyo Ghoul, My Hero Academia & now One Punch Man. It's good to see and hopefully will enable them to go with some more risky licenses. I'd really like to see them try a sports series again. I think the market has changed in the past few years so it would be worth a shot.

I still can't believe that Attack on Titan Volume 1 is still up here.....

I mean, the newest Volume I understand but seeing Attack on Titan up there week after week is starting to get pretty old.

We get it: Attack on Titan is one of the most popular series in America right now when it comes to anime and manga. But good lord does the hype train need to slow down for this series.

Personally speaking I would like to see more diversity on the best seller list like a good balance of Shojo and Shonen / Josei and Seinen.

But I guess it all depends on what the fans want to support and purchase to make a change on this list.

BTW, Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal is published by Viz Media, not Kodansha.

Anyway, I really need to read OPM.

It helps when Titan's first volume is almost always $6 on Amazon. Go Prime!

Viz has been with the JUMP Start program, such as the swimming one Best Blue. If it didn't get enough votes in the first three chapters, chances are it got dropped in the US serialization by now (I haven't read US WSJ, so I don't know if it's in the magazine currently).

Best Blue has not got off to the best start in the Japanese WSJ rankings so I'd guess that played a part in them not continuing it in English WSJ too. I wish they'd picked up the dancing one but I'm sure that definitely wouldn't have been popular with the English WSJ readership. Razz Hopefully a good sports series that appeals to English WSJ fans will come along soon. I think it's too late for Haikyuu!! by now.

?? the japan has # of copies sold listed next to the series.... so why not for the NA region? #1 and #2 with how many copies sold?.. that's the question..

i read through a few chapters of one punch man ..not sure what's the fuss is about..

what's the fun in a fight if you just take out your enemy with one punch.. if it's boxing ok....

i called it quit after some enemy that looks like Piccolo

Let's start with the fact that one of the main conflicts is Saitama (OPM's MC) agreeing with you. He's bored to death of being so powerful he kills every enemy with one punch. It's very funny
