Hey all, I was surfing ANN and was reviewing the anime I've seen when I though about how many I've seen, and I was wondering if it was a lot compared to other people. I also wondered what the average number of series a typical ANN'ian has seen.
I have watched around 94 different series/movies (mostly series) and am currently working on my 95th (Shakugan no Shana.) Here is my list for anyone who is interested. My favourite series are the ones that are ranked Masterpiece (Duh) I try to save that ranking for only the very best that I’ve seen. Please ignore the comments. Anyway If you respond please give a link to your My Anime section (Public Page). Thanks hopefully this will be interesting. |

Mm... sorry. But if we do this, then all we'll have is mindless listing and posting to brag about how many titles we've seen. It can even be considered a slap in the face to a few users because some of us watch fansubs, while others can be vehemently against them. Then, you get into the whole fansub debate, and the whole topic becomes derailed.
And besides, there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of lists just available on the public page. Then again, some of them might even be hidden, so you have to consider those as well. Sorry, but I just don't see the point in this kind of data mining. |
