Wow... That's terrible news. Hope she recovers soon. Long lasting fever is not a good thing. So impressed with her tenacity.
In cases such as these, what happens to the shows that she's scheduled to star in? |

I wonder if recordings for Shimoneta and Illya are finished already or she will be replaced? Anyway, hope she'll get better soon.

This sounds pretty serious.
She was originally supposed to attend a Fafner event on July 4th, but on the 1st of July, a staff member posted on her blog that she won't be attending the event due to pneumonia. Matsuki's July 1st blog post This must be worse that what she originally thought. Her recent blog post say she's even leaving her pet cats in the care of a friend, which suggests she is going to be hospitalized, or at least will not be able to care for them while recuperating. And unless my eyes are playing tricks on me, the picture used in this article looks to be Kana Asumi, not Miyu Matsuki. |

How does someone have a fever for six months, multiple checkups and not know they have pneumonia? She's lucky she's not dead. Time to go find a more competent doctor.

That's a good question, makes me wonder if it was poor diagnosis or she just kept working through on-and-off relapses of illness? She is lucky she hasn't dropped dead yet I hope she recovers. |
