That was a short run, almost the length of its intermission, Sledgehammer(3 volumes)... Was it just not popular enough to award a continued run?
Was collecting this series, sad to see it end...

Nooooooo!
Yet to start reading Scarlet Order as I like reading 3 or 4 volumes at a time but this is too sad, Part 1 was incredible. Guess I will wait until all volumes are released now.
Come on Seven Seas, pick up some of his other works to fill the void!

It's also possible that the manga-ka meant for it to have a short run.

I agree that Tamaki probably just wanted a short follow up series to finish up some loose ends.

Man, that sure is disappointing. DITVB is one of the only currently-running manga that I genuinely care about, and I was under the impression that Scarlet Order would be a longer work. Such a downer! Maybe Tamaki is just tired of working on it.

Already? That was fast...there is still so much left to tell. I hope that it will be continued in the future.

Honestly, This series is disturbing for me.
a friend mentioned it because it has vampires-- but not my type of series.
dropped it after a few episodes

Yeah, I was collecting and following it too, loved it, sad to see this end, hopefully the final chapters are very good when Seven Seas gets the last volume released.

I marathoned the manga at the end of last year and loved it. I bought the doujin collections and the first volume of Scarlet Order. I honestly thought it would be longer, but now I don't have as many volumes to collect I suppose. But it's going to be sad to see it finally end.

Scarlet Order restored my faith in the franchise considering all the other stuff I have to buy I'm glad this series won't be too long as than it wont be much of a commitment. If the ending is good I don't care how long it is.

HUH??? You mean that's it? So I gotta wait months just to finish 2 more vols. And yet the way the first vol starts you'd think they're going into a whole new story arc. Three vols? He's gonna sum up that one mystery in 2 more books. GTFO!! And WTF happened to Angel Parabellum?

Quote: | And WTF happened to Angel Parabellum? |
The Japanese publisher (Flex) stopped all foreign licensing across the board, making it impossible to license book 3. This was followed by Tamaki-sensei pulling Angel Para Bellum completely from Flex, leaving the series unfinished and on indefinite hiatus.
