So now Jewelpet has become to Sanrio and Sega what Pretty Cure and Super Sentai are to Toei. Looks like both Sega and Sanrio know this is a pretty big cash cow for both companies and probably want this to be a long-running franchise.

That art style worries me. I hope the series isn't going the CGI route.

Then again, knowing myself, I wouldn't stop following it if it did. :roll:

Oh em gee! This is going to ROCK and ROLL! I love how every Jewelpet season is different from the others. So I can't wait to see what they do with this one! The "queen candidates" plot sounds like something out of a magical girl show like Sugar Sugar Rune or Majokko Megu! It also reminds me a little of Jewelpet Tinkle (my favorite season so far.) Excited!!!

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm getting the feeling that both Sanrio and Sega are wanting this to be a long running franchise, kind of like what Pretty Cure is to Toei Animation.
