Finally, a harem with a male protag handsome/bishonen enough to make it logical for girls to kill each other on cat-fight induced blood-baths. It was 'bout time. I would even enter the battle.

It was only a matter of time when this will get an anime adaptation. Now it's confirmed, I can be assured.

Oh finally, but the harem tag is actually quite questionable...
There are some girls who take an interest to Tatsuya but MKNR definitely isn't a harem show, except if they decide to make it into one xD
Anyway, it's very possible that MKNR is going to lose a lot of it's awesomeness due to the adaptation not being able to quite get the characters' personalities right -especially Tatsuya who has tons of internal monologue-.
At least this is going to be a really cool magic sci-fi anime if all else fails haha =3

This is the next huge LN. Can't wait for it to become another SAO type of anime.

IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!
And Madhouse is doing it too? Sweet.
Quote: | Twin siblings Tatsuya and Miyuki Shiba |
They're not twins. Tatsuya was born in April and Miyuki was born the following March. The way the Japanese school year works, this puts them in the same grade.

Funny, because the novels always describe Tatsuya as being pretty unremarkable looks wise.

Well, Mahouka does avoid a lot of the things people had problems with in SAO. It avoids a lot of harem type trappings. While a fair number of girls are interested in him, his sister included, he rarely finds himself in harem type situations (walking into a girl changing, for example). It actually happens more often to the secondary characters and their love interests.
Yes, Mahouka has a much more balanced cast gender wise and there are a lot of beta couples.
Mahouka is actually the 2nd title to start off as an independantly written web novel and then later be picked up by a major publisher. SAO was the first.

This, the best part about the article. I don't think that people would be doubtful of MadHouse as they have proven themselves over these past few years.

Wouldn't Log Horizon be the second? From everything I read, it started as an online thing where you can self-publish stuff, then got picked up.

From that synopsis, my guess is the main guy is Jesus and his little sister is hardcore tsundere for him. Pass.

She's not tsundere. Maybe a touch yandere, but definitely not tsundere. She's very openly affectionate with him.
