So i have heard a rumor that k-on! is going to be on disney channel United States sometime this year since its already being dubbed by bandai, can anyone confirm this or has anyone heard anything about this?

I also heard they're editing out the cake and tea for Mcdonalds and Coca-cola.

I also heard they will also edit out any reference of Tsumugi Kotobuki liking two girls liking each other more than friends. As well as any reference to her liking her teacher, Sawako Yamanaka more than a teacher.
Also, any reference to Megumi Sokabe stalking Mio would ultimately be replaced with her accidentally bumping into her and wanting to be her friend as well.
I can only imagine what Disney would do with the songs as well. Probably omit anything that isn't G rated or something along that line.

i said american disney, however i am jealous that the Japanese get a disney channel with actual cartoons not hannah montana and that wizard show.

Where did you hear this rumor. If the source didn't merely confuse the Japanese Disney with the US Disney, and if the source if somewhat credible, the rumor might not be total BS. (It is likely BS though as anime on US TV is pretty much a dying thing. Like anime in general.)

I wouldn't put it past them to get it on Disney X. I mean it fits the lineup, and they already have Naruto.
