I believe they licensed it froom HG, much like AnimEigo and then ADV licenses Macross from HG.

Too little, much too late. i purchased the DVD collection 3 years ago. and as for portability i can easily rip it to my PSP.
The OVA is a Great remake of the classic series.

Is this a remake of the original Gatchaman (BOTP) that was made in the early 70's, or a resurrection with a fresh new script? I like this one compared to BOTP but the quality of the animation still seems very similar even though this one was done in 1994.

Anyone else having problems unzipping this? I'm getting "file corrupted" (for the .m4v file) with both Windows XP's integrated unzipping tool and with WinRAR. I'm thinking of sending an e-mail to the site owner to inform them about this, but I need to make sure it's not just me.

Nope. Worked well on me XP. I agree this is the future mate. All's needed is an 8Gig bandwidth and a link to a check out program and every studio and distributor will be laughing.

That will usually happen if the file isn't completely there. You may want to try downloading it again.

I DL'ed it a couple of times, still got the error. I just downloaded it again, works fine. I guess they fixed the problem. Thanks for the help anyways, guys. Anime smile
