Anyone bought from them before? I bought a couple of DVDs from them back in July and have yet to receive them, although supposedly it was shipped to my country successfully but then sent back due to incomplete address. They said they'll redeliver once they receive the parcel back but have yet to get an update from them since.

I almost ordered from them, but I decided that they were bootlegs.
Though, they say they aren't bootlegs and maybe really they aren't. I'm not entirely sure. During the time I was researching them the people I talked to on Facebook gave glowing reviews for them... 
So, you may be okay... I'd personally charge back/cancel the order. |

Yea the Facebook page is mostly positive and criticisms were answered to, but updates there are really sparse. I also tried Google but couldn't find any forum discussion about them.
It's more than 2 months since I made the payment so I'm not sure how I'd go about trying to get my money back. I'm just hoping that customer service is only neglected and I'll eventually get my orders.
