I did not receive my activation letter.
Try to have it resent to you here.

I still did not receive my activation letter.
Send an e-mail to [email protected]. Make absolutely certain to include your account name. Make absolutely certain to send your e-mail from the e-mail address you registered your account with.

I forgot my username/password.
Go here.

I forgot my username; the above link only sends me a password.
The letter starts with "Hello ...." The name after "Hello" is your username.

I lost my password or username and I changed my e-mail address and no longer have access to my old e-mail address.
Make a new account. There is no way for us to verify your identity. In the future we will add features to address this problem, but for now... sorry.

I can't find the profile page for changing my password. Everytime I want to log in I need to resend a password reset to my e-mail and use the new one. I really don't know how to change it.

1. Click here.

2. Type your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password.

3. Click "Submit."
