I found it more humorous if his name is read as Tingle, but that'd probably be Tingaru, right?

Turns out the dynamics of selling shitty product to a niche audience is exactly the same as fisheries management. With fairly predictably the same outcomes: the total long-term take will be greater if the annual take is reduced, but absent a regulatory mechanism to force people to restrain themselves each individual agent will individually find that their individual profit is maximised by trying to grab as much as they physically can.
So the market gets overstuffed, collapses shortly after it's discovered.

4 consecutive moe titles announced to get anime versions. When the heck are Psycho Busters and Kuro Gane getting anime adaptations?

Like any relatively free market, anime is nothing like that. There is no tragedy of the commons here because there is no commons in anime. If you really wanted to make a fisheries analogy it would be:
Some individuals set up their own private fishery on private property and start selling. Then some other people come along, disagrees with the kinds of fishes they are selling, and demand their businesses be regulated and/or banned.

It was mentioned in the other thread that this was all from a Media Factory event (and indeed, the PVs are on Media Factory's channel). Besides, there is no anime, no book, no movie, no song that is not generic.

I think you might be obfuscating BrainBlow's meaning by being too overly broad with the definition. This show very much looks run-of-the-mill for the current anime scene, especially when you compare it to more distinct works like Flowers of Evil or Space Brothers.

this one and Magical Warfare are more most interesting. and all the girls are very cute.
Now, only if they add The Legend of the Legendary Heroes season 2, and Tsurugi no Joou to Rakuin no Ko, then we are set with all the fantasy/magic/sword world anime for the next two years.
