Haven't played the games yet but I have been following two version of the manga. This looks exciting tbh.

You no longer need to use your imagination for the gore scenes, if you didn't skip them each and everyone of them. Seriously, the last OVA was pure fan service and this looks like pure gore. People, do something with the story. It's not that complicated. |

It's a trailer you can't base a series on that alone. If anything I hope this will be faithful to the source material. |

It's a trailer made by the same people who worked on previous OVA. Based on that, I think I can judge this just fine. As for being faithful... They won't be able to do a proper job with 4 episodes without skipping and re-arranging events.

Whow. That was really gory.
 Might I suggest putting a NSFW or some kind of warning (for the faint of heart folks) on the article? It was extremely graphic in the gore department.
That being said.....I really want to see this.

I really...wasn't expecting all of that to be shown...I know I probably should have been, since it's a straight to DVD/Blu-Ray release and not a TV show, but yeesh!
 Plus I guess it's part of the transition - a lot of what happened in game relied on sound and text and if it's going to get animated, I guess they'll just go for it. I might wait on this one.
