You're not the only one that think of that. Usually, Japanese airlines would be the one to come up with this. But China??? That is odd.

China does have maid cafes as well.
...Well, at least one that I saw anyway.
Apparently this airline also has giant panda suit conductors on their shuttles.

Spring Airlines is a low-cost carrier so don't expect much "extras."

It could be an optional extra, much like having food and going to the toilet is these days on some airlines. And if the staff don't get paid much - being a low-cost carrier and all - I'm sure some of them wouldn't mind the tips.
Yes, I am saying this tongue-in-cheek.
