anyone watching this? so far it seems like it has the potential to be a cool series, it reminds me of the game Wild Arms. the only big problem i have with it is it feels like it has this lame Super Sentai'ish quality to it.

I watched the first eps of this and I wasn't really drawn in I guess. I have not made an effort to watch any of the other eps. It could have some potential to be a cool show.

Yeah, I saw the first 2 eps, and thought it seemed pretty cool so far. The main character has a very Spike-like quality about him, especially his first "fight" scene in spoiler[the church at the beginning of the first episode.]
The whole mecha/robo thing is a bit campy, though. It's just kind of plain and blah, and not too exciting yet. Hopefully he'll do something cool in there. There's deffinate promise here with the setup... I just hope the execution can take advantage. |
