Yes, Bandai will include the 1 episode Mave-chan OVA on the third disc

Essentially what you have is:
Disc one: Yukikaze Ep 1 and 2
Disc two: Yukikaze Ep 3 and 4
Disc three: Yukikaze Ep 5 and Mave-chan OVA
