In spite of a steady stream of R4 news being published, one cannot deny that the forum activity within animenewsnetwork.com.au falls short of demonstrating the full interest of Australian ANN users.
I look forward to any improvements in aid of which this survey is being run.

Might be a stupid question but: does this also apply to New Zealanders as well? Because we are in the same DVD and geo-political regions, and Madman - the main Australian distributor - also services New Zealand (there's even madman.co.nz). So yeah, what about us Kiwis? Can we take the test too? Don't tell me you Australians (not to mention the Canadian management) are going to forget your Commonwealth buddies now? We gave you bungee jumping and the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy and this is how you repay us?

Do they actually get that one over there? I have never seen a UK anime sales charts anywhere.

Cool. Now that I know Kiwis are allowed I just took the survey.
I rarely visit the Australian arm of ANN (once every few months) but if it was improved (dunno in what way though) and had more people on it I would definitely go there significantly more often.

I'm Australian and I...honestly never check the au site. Because it updates way too slowly (as I write this, the last news item is dated 31st of January) and, to put this as delicately as I can....I really don't think the reviewers there are up to scratch :/
It'd be nice to have an au site if it actaully updated at the same time as the main ANN, could hire some better reviewers and got some fun collumns. Because right now it's just like a lesser ANN that there's not much purpose in me checking.

I agree with championferret. It's hard to say this without sounding super harsh, but it really is updated far too infrequently and I find the editorial content on ANN (America) more engaging.

If they do I would check that out (coming from the Uk myself).

Yeah, me too, But I've never seen one from anyone either, not even at our own anime news sites. It's like top secret info, or summat.
