I didn't really see a place in the encyclopedia where one can add DVDs or Blu-Rays, so if there is there's sorry. [and I'm not sure if we can use (Other Information) under the contribute drop down menu =/]
In the Evangelion: 1.0 page under releases it shows the NA DVD and the Blu-Ray for 1.11.
