Hey this is my first post (welcome me) Wink

Does anyone know what has happened to TokyoCentral.com? They seemed like a reputable dealer.. but now they have shut down their forums and don't reply to any messages or emails.

I wouldn't mind too much - except for the fact they charged me for items I ordered 2 months ago (and have not received).

I'm at the last straw now, I think the only recourse I have left is to contact my Card service to investigate them for fraud...

I think the best way is to contact your card service to see if they can charge the money back to your account.

Never heard of that before .. I think you should contact the company if it still has a web site or just charge inform your cc company about it ohh .... and i am new here 2 Smile

Yeah they told me they could, i'll have to wait and see if they do.

Yeah the site is http://www.tokyocentral.com , I have tried contacting them numerous on their contact form and by email (they don't have a listed phone number). Strangely they site appears as if it is business as normal.

Now to post the follow up to this saga Wink

Well the staff finally started replying to my messages on Jan 16, and strangely on they both posted my package (which I had been charged for back in November AND refunded my payment).

I was quite disappointed to have my queries answered with various excuses like there are only two staff there, the items were not in stock (when they were marked as in stock) and various other things. Frankly if you run an online store customers expect a basic level of service (like responding to mails in a timely manner). They do not want excuses about how hard it is to run an online store with only two people Mad

In the end the package DID arrive and I DID receive a refund, now I'm just waiting for them to get around to issuing me a new invoice if they want me to pay for it Confused
