It seems like CR doesn't announce half its new titles until maybe a day or two before they air in Japan. Any speculation about why this is? Do the licensing deals really come so close to the wire? Is it an intentional marketing strategy? What?

Been anticipating this one since it was first hinted at a few months ago. Even started reading the manga just to have the background idea of it.
WTB fairly close manga following without any unnecessary fanservice thrown in. The story itself seemed pretty decent. But it could VERY easily be soiled by too much T&A (think the latter half of Kampfer, compared to its first couple episodes). |

Oh boy, super excited about this one. They're easily the best animation studio around. Not to say that the actual material is anything good either. |
