Well the death scenes from the TV series were already disturbing.

I see Watanuki from xxxHolic in this. So that makes Blood-C part of the CLAMPverse?

Looks cool. I hear the series Blood C is pretty weak, but this movie trailer looks awesome. Saya looks badass.

Wasn't it implied that the dog in the TV series was Watanuki? He had the same voice actor.

Not bad. The CG wasn't too poor or offensive, so it definitely seems to be "watchable" at the very least. I doubt the story will hold together, but the gore and little bits of nudity I saw will be more than enough to get me to check it out.

Now this was a kick-ass trailer that's making me want to give the TV series another try, which lost my interest after just one episode. Seriously, I don't think anyone would have seen the first episode of the TV series and come close to assuming the story would lead to a movie trailer like this.

I see they are trying to use this as a "glue" to stick -C together with "the Last Vampire", or doing a "Last Vampire" remix. if it's the former, they failed. If it's the latter, it will only work if one forgets "Last Vampire" exists.

I take it you didn't watch the series to the end. The connection was already made there.

Yup, I like. The darker, the better. I really hope someone picks this movie (and the series) up for a North American release (BD, English dub).

I already know Blood-C is unpleasant, why do I need a trailer to tell me that?
Also, even giving Saya a girlfriend won't make me watch this. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME JAPAN!

Everything that has come out since "Last Vampire" has tried to tie it in, but never quite could. "Last Vampire" was set in the early '60s. I was born in '52 and grew up in the '60s. There weren't any cars like that back then. Attention to detail it's called. The problem with these are I keep looking for a prequel, or a sequel, and keep being disappointed by simple alternatives.
