Yeah Kodansha USA picked this up last year didn't they? Hmm I should pop by amazon and see if the first volume is up for pre-order yet.

A highschool comedy set in Titan? I can't even begin to comprehend how someone even thought of the concept.
However, they do have a 5-year timeskip to play with where there is relative safety, so I guess it can fit in.
