Hey. I am the one who asked the Scrapped Princess question.

...and it was a very good question, Edo. Like I said earlier, I'm very anxious to watch this series. Rebecca wrote the Scrapped Princess episode guide in the latest edition of Anime Insider (Issue #20 - PP. 44-50), so check it out if you haven't already. Wink

I'm wrapping everything in spoiler text just to be safe

It left alot of questions. For instance,
spoiler[1) do Leo and Pacifica ever get married?
2) What does Raquel do with her magic?
3) Does Leo become a knight?
4) What about the rest of the world the ploped back into?
5) What do the people of the country think about her now?
6) What happened to the "fake" scrapped princess and her village?
7) Why am I asking so many questions?]

spoiler[1) Ha! That's rich!
2) I don't think we want to know Wink
3) Depends on how up to speed the rest of the world is.
4) That's a matter for foriegn affairs. Our heroes probably couldn't care less.
5) "Pacifica who?"
6) And they lived happily ever after, the end.
7) I think you can answer that yourself.]

It's that much in Japan? I didn't know. It's just that a lot of online websites like Ebay and animetoxic have [new] sets for a lot less. Could be some version not totally legal though. Confused

98% of all anime sold on eBay is more than likely a bootleg, as are almost all of the discs I saw on AT's website, that's why they are so cheap. Try going to www.amazon.jp and look up some titles. Currently $1 is equal to a little over 100 yen (104.52 to be exact). Check the prices on those sets and do the math, 6,000 yen runs ~$60, 4,500 yen runs $45, etc... And like I said, also remember than each of those discs only have 2 episodes on them. Hell, even if they had 3 episodes on them per discs, they'd still be twice as much as the R1 releases.
