The coupon for the 20% off sale is DEEPDISCOUNT it's valid from 6/18/04 - 6/25/04. Here's the fine print.

I finally got my coupon...
Yes, there is a spot to put in the coupon. After you are done shopping, hit checkout and then you'll find the box there. No problems.... |

I'm sorry, I still can't seem to find it.
The only buttons I see are; "update cart," "clear cart," "go to secure checkout," and "continue shopping." When I click "go to secure checkout," the only two buttons that are there are; "change account info" and "place order." There is something that says "promotional discount," but it always says $0.00. I feel stupid. Please help me.

Right above the 'Go to secure checkout' button, there is a space for 'Enter promotion code.' Put it in there.

The only thing above the secure checkout button are the shipping options.

I want my Wolfie DDD!!!
I ordered Wolf's Rain on 6/30 with 2-3 day shipping charge. Since it was pre-order they wouldn't let me use 2-3 shipping (their one thing I really hate...why on earth can't they just use 2-3 day shipping when they get it!?!? WHY!?) And so they send me an e-mail 7/9 to 7/14...I wait...it's 7/15 and nothing...I call and they say wait till Mon and then call and so they can resend it....so then I can wait till August for something that should have come at the beginning of this month. I'm starting to dislike them. I'm willing to pay the price to get something when I want it instead of risking floaters and dented box sets (which I've gotten a lot from DDD). |

I've not had any problems with them yet (no bad product, no customer service haggling, etc.) To help quantify this, I will mention that I've bought 5 box sets and ~15 single DVDs from them over the course of about 8 months. Highly recommended.

I ordered the BubleGum Crash DVD from DDD and received an e-mail of confirmation that it shiped on the 16th of June. Still waiting for it...
